Mr. Obama's Litany

After listening twice to the 2nd US Presidential debate between Mr. Obama and Mr. Romney, after doing some double checking on the accuracy of a few comments each man made and after reading and listening to the comments of others, I have made my own decisions.

I believe Mr. Obama made tremendous advances in his ability to connect with his listeners and his ability to come out looking like a fighter. Mr. Obama was able to make his statements strongly and back them up and clearly, strongly denounce his opponent. Mr. Romney was very clear, also, in his statements, his attacks and his defenses. His statements relating to his supporting women in the workforce, his record of leadership and Mr. Obama's record of failures were also strong and clear. Because both men performed admirably, both political parties certainly call their own man the winner.

Both men made certain comments that required some research to discover the truth. Mr. Obama, however, made enough "shakey" comments that his entire argument was put on a very uneven and, I would say, unsupported foundation.  After discovering the truth about Mr. Obama's Rose Garden "terrorist act" statement and Mr. Romney's reported "This (Salam Harbor heavily polluting, coal burning, electricity generation) plant kills" statement, I made a quick search for Mr. Obama's other trailing statements, events, choices, consequences.

Mr. Obama has left a long litany of wrong statements and decisions.

** Obama says Romney tax cuts will cost the gov't $5Trillion but fails to consider that $5Trillion left in taxpayers' pockets = $5Trillion left in the economy, Obama would rather take the money out of the economy and put it into the hands of the Federal Reserve, a privately held banking system, and then lend it to the wasteful federal gov't that must repay the loan with interest;

** Obama wants to raise taxes on "the rich" who already pay roughly 40% to 45% of the national tax revenues, then claims it unfair for them to want to take their companies to a taxed-less or even taxless offshore business haven, he doesn't understand how high government interference is driving US companies offshore;

** Obama was right, Romney did say in 2003 to the officials of the Salem Harbor proven lethally polluting coal burning plant ,"This plant kills" and, rather than pay to upgrade the burners to burn coal cleaner or the exhaust system to capture the toxic emissions according to State law by June 2014, the plant owners have chosen: the plant will close in 2014, 11 years after Gov. Romney's "sinister" and "uncaring" declaration;

**Obama did not say in the Rose Garden the embassy attack was a terrorist attack, although he did call it an "act of terror", then for 7 days his administration falsely internationally supported labeling the attack a result of a spontaneous riot due to a YouTube video;

**Obama HAS doubled the national deficit overpayment after condemning Pres. Bush for doing 1/2 of what Obama then has done for 4 years;

**Obama called President Bush "unpatriotic" for allowing the national debt to climb to $9Trillion, then, in 4 years, increased the national debt to $16Trillion(!);

** In 4 years neither Obama's administration nor the Democratic Senate has offered any passing national budget as directed in the Constitution, not to even mention a BALANCED federal budget;

**Obama has written 930(+) Executive Orders in 4 years, more than 5x ALL other preceding president's Ex.Orders COMBINED(!) bypassing the Constitutional Legislative process, in effect making 930+ Royal Decrees, many of which silently usurp American sovereign rights from under our noses;

**Obama has appointed Czars ("Kings") over the American people;

**Obama has failed to protect Americans in US Embassies;

**Obama waged unilateral, undeclared war against Lybia;

**Obama has conveniently put off "ending the Iraq war" just in time for election campaigning;

**Obama Administration has proven to prefer protecting the Holy Quran while burning the Holy Bible, setting the Quran book and the Islamic religion above every other book and religion in America, against the proclamation of the 1st Amendment in the Bill of Rights;

**Obama economic policies have:

*increased inflation dramatically:
* increased demand for foodstamps by about 35%,
* decreased the gross national product growth to a piddling 1.6% (as opposed to China's 6%-10%/year);
* decreased the median income by about $2,500/year;
* increased median health insurance costs by about $2,000/year;
* increased the cost of motor fuel by about 110% in 4 years;
* decreased America's international credit rating 33%, from AAA to AA;

**Obama has personally interfered in city internal police matters, making inflammatory racial comments, and has regularly made racial, gender and economically divisive comments instead of seeking to unify a struggling nation of international immigrants;

** What else?

What more is needed to convince voters? 

 Should we give this guy 4 more years to do more of the same or should we give a chance to a fellow who has balanced the budgets of large and small companies, the 2002 Olympics, and a State government and turned them from being broke to being profitable?

We who do not want another 4 years of the same are called "ignorant", "blind" and other things. I consider it far worse than ignorant to vote for Mr. "O" and expect him to perform differently if re-elected. We cannot expect the leopard to change its spots but it is the time, again, for CHANGE.

What must America do:

• America must return to embrace the principles and practices of LIBERTY of the individual, FREEDOM to fail or succeed according to the genius and labors of the individual or team,
• Education must be the responsibility of the Parents of children, assisted by the Community then the State, in that order.
•  Government must return to the limited form outlined in the Constitution and Bill of Rights and other proper Amendments. The government nearest to the Sovereign Individual is strongest and purest.
• Banking and business must be strictly for the purpose of supplying quality products and services according to standards established to protect against fraud. 
• Courts must be held to the high standards of Truth and Justice, tempered by Mercy, as must the Law itself.
• Religion must be free to perform its purpose of teaching Godly standards of Truth, Justice and Mercy, Love, Goodness and Service.  Religion must not be forced by government but taught with patience and love.

There is much more but this is a good start.

I am reading an excellent book "The Naked Socialist" by Paul B. Skousen, son of Cleon Skousen who wrote both "The Naked Communist" and "The Naked Capitalist. Both books are well read best sellers. I expect the 3rd of the trilogy will be also.

Will the Keynian Leopard Change His Spots after the Election?

Why is it that no one could get into the Democratic Convention without ID AND CREDENTIALS IN HAND (even babes in arms, I was told) but the Democrats want ANYONE to be able to VOTE WITHOUT EVEN ID?

Why was American oil production virtually shut down in America, everywhere the Democrats were able to - offshore drilling and the Canadian/US pipeline - but they paid hundreds of billions for Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and other countries to assist their offshore drilling efforts? Why?

President Obama's Mother, Father, Grandfather, Grandmother, school and college mentors were/are proclaimed anti-capital socialists and/or card carrying communists. In his autobiography Mr. Obama declares he has taken on the dreams of his anti-colonialist, anti-capitalist, communistic father. Notice that his title is not "Dreams of My Father", but rather, "Dreams from My Father". Obama isn't writing about his father's dreams; he is writing about the dreams he received from his father.

Why would we believe Mr. Obama to suddenly be a supporter of capitalism, free enterprise and entrepreneurism Capitalism (1948) which have been known as the American Way and is the proven pathway to prosperity, fulfillment of the American Dream?

President Obama has acted in very Anti-American ways all the while campaigning for your votes. What will he do when he doesn't need your votes anymore?

Do you want that?

Mr. Obama has derided Americans who have made their businesses successful, telling them publicly "You didn't build that! Somebody else built that!" Mr. Obama increases the taxes on success every way he can. He plans on increasing taxes even more. "We're talking about in 2013..." 

He punishes hard working, successful Americans with higher taxes and ridicule, telling them they don't pay enough, not realizing they already pay personal taxes, corporate taxes, sales taxes, shipping taxes, employee taxes, social security taxes, medical taxes, etc. Mr. Obama has never built a business, paid a payroll, not to mention payroll taxes. What will he do when he isn't worried about re-election?


Mr. Obama has reduced America's military defensive strength, our nuclear armaments, our naval vessels. He has bowed deeply to Islam leaders while scoffing at and ridiculing Christian Scriptures. He "worshiped" 20 years (!) at the church of an Anti-American "God Damn America" Pastor, Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright, Jr. who also kindly warned America that "Barack Obama is a politician," and that he "ain't Jesus". **Some History of Pastor Wright

Pastor Wright, in an interview also revealed some comments made to him by President Obama who said: "Do you know what your problem is? ... You don't have to tell the truth! ... Politicians don't have to tell the truth. The truth is what we say it is" Was Pastor Wright telling the truth? Why would he lie about something so incriminating about a 20 year friend?

President Obama has offended America's defenders and allies and even American military personnelle. All this while campaigning for votes - when he is not playing golf or off vacationing around the world.

Why would he change his direction when he does not need any voter support?

The President and his Democratic Senate have NEVER passed a budget - a Constitutional REQUIREMENT - but they have greatly increased the national debt by 57.6%, up from $9.202 trillion to $15.974 trillion.

Under GW Bush the debt grew from $5.713 trillion to $9.202 Trillion. That is $3.489 trillion increase in debt in 8 years. Compare that to $6.772 trillion increase in 4 years. If President Obama does all this -

• weaken America militarily and insult our allies,
• increase America's national debt by 2-to-1, 
• lie regarding his religious leanings, 
• lie regarding his support of free enterprise and capitalism, 
• increase America's dependence on foreign oil, 
• increase the cost to drill, mine, produce and use American energy,
• increase socialism in America, 
• proclaim worldwide America is not a Christian nation
• regularly circumvent our legislative process with Administrative declarations and Presidential Edicts
• disregard Constitutional responsibilities such as uphold immigration law and State rights
• disregard Constitutional responsibilities such as pass a national budget, honor his oath to uphold the US Constitution

 all the while campaigning for votes, can you imagine what he and his team of "Czars" (Russian for "Kings") will do when he doesn't need your support?

Please consider these things. 
Ask yourself: What will Barrak H. Obama do when he doesn't care about your support any more?

 Do you want Kings and their military ruling over you by regulations and officials and air-born drones or will you vote instead for the Liberty of free enterprise, free-market capitalism, and the American Way of Independence and personal responsibility under the US Constitution?

Offences of Obama - Breaches of Barak against the Presidential Oath of Office

The following was sent to me just today, February 11, 2012. Things are piling up against the Muslim/Christian Kenyan man "from Hawaii" who has no business nor, until two years before being elected US President, any political experience. After reading this, consider your position who you intend to vote for this coming November. 

"Michael Connelly teaches law, including constitutional law, through Education to Go, an online company that provides courses to numerous universities. The author of three books and publisher of a website, he resides in Carrollton, Texas, and can be reached by email.

I [Michael Connelly] have recently been asked by a number of different people if I think that the President of the United States, Barack Obama, has committed any offenses that subject him to being impeached by the Congress of the United States. The answer is without a doubt yes because he is repeatedly breached his oath of office. The oath of office of the President of the United States the simple and concise. It reads:

"I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Instead of living up to that oath, President Obama has actively attempted to subvert, ignore, and completely destroy large parts of the Constitution. I believe the President of the United States is well aware of what he is doing, and it is completely intentional. Listed below are what I believe are impeachable offenses and the list continues to grow.

1.     President Obama has appointed numerous people to cabinet level positions without the advice and consent of the U.S. Senate, as is required by the Constitution. These individuals are given extraordinary power and independent funding, and are not under the scrutiny of Congress. The fact that Obama calls them Czars [Russian for "kings"] does not make them legal.

2.    The push by Pres. Obama to pass health care legislation in the Congress of the United States that he was fully aware was unconstitutional. He has continued to use his powers and executive branch of government to implement this legislation despite the fact that a federal judge has declared the entire law unconstitutional, and ordered that it not be implemented.

3.    Despite the fact that the United States Senate refused to pass the Cap and Trade bill, the President has ordered the Environmental Protection Agency to use regulations to implement key portions of the bill, including those regulating so-called greenhouse gases. Obama himself has acknowledged that this will force energy prices in this country to skyrocket. He is taking these actions in direct defiance of the will of the people of the United States, the will of Congress, and the Constitution.

4.     Through the Department of the Interior Obama has placed a moratorium on offshore oil drilling or exploration off both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts of the United States and in parts of the Gulf of Mexico. He is also prohibited new drilling exploration in any states in the United States. These actions by the Department of Interior have continued in direct defiance of several court orders issued by a federal judge in New Orleans, Louisiana the declared that the department had no authority to issue such a moratorium. In fact the Secretary of the Department of the Interior has been held in contempt by the same judge.

5.     Instead of allowing American companies to drill for oil domestically, Obama has betrayed the American people and authorized loans of billions of dollars to countries like Brazil and Mexico so that they can drill for oil, and then sell that oil to the United States. This will dramatically increase our dependence on foreign nations such as Venezuela, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and even Libya that do not serve the interest of America or the American people.

6.    President Obama has abdicated his responsibility to enforce the laws of the United States against illegal immigration. He has virtually declared our southern border an open border by declaring certain areas of federal land in states like Arizona as off-limits to federal, state, and local authorities. This is despite the fact that these areas are being used to bring in thousands of illegal immigrants, massive amounts of drugs, and also being used by foreign terrorists to infiltrate the United States. He has also ordered the border patrol not to arrest most illegal immigrants entering the country, and has stopped deportation proceedings against thousands of people in this country illegally. He is bypassing the Congress of the United States which has sole authority over immigration matters.

7.     The President and his Atty. Gen. Eric Holder have clearly violated their oath of office by joining with foreign countries in a lawsuit against the sovereign state of Arizona to stop it from enforcing the federal immigration laws.

8.    President Obama has ordered the Federal Communications Commission to adopt regulations giving the federal government control of the Internet and its contents, including providing Obama with a kill switch that gives him authority to shut down the Internet if he sees fit. This is in direct violation of a decision by the United States Supreme Court that the FCC has no Constitutional authority to control the Internet.

9.     One of the paramount responsibilities of the President of the United States and his executive branch of government is to enforce and defend laws adopted by Congress unless they are declared unconstitutional by the United States Supreme Court. Obama has decided that he should ignore this Constitutional mandate, and that as President he is more powerful than either the Congress of the United States or the Supreme Court. He has unilaterally declaredHe has essentially said that he is the supreme ruler of the United States, and that the Congress and the Federal Judiciary are irrelevant.

10.    It has recently been learned that acting through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms the Obama administration has been involved for the past several months in getting legitimate and law-abiding gun store owners along our southern border to supply weapons to straw buyers that the government knew would deliver them to the drug cartels in Mexico. This was billed as a sting operation against the cartels when in fact it was designed to produce fraudulent data showing that large numbers of weapons were going from the United States to the Mexican drug dealers. This data was then to be used, and is being used, to try to justify new gun control regulations to limit the rights of American citizens to keep and bear arms. It has nothing to do with arresting members of the drug operations. The administration has, in effect, armed our enemies, and one border patrol agent has already been killed by one of these weapons. Now, he intends to impose gun control laws by Executive order so he will not have to deal with Congress.

11.     The President of the United States is not authorized by the Constitution to take our nation to war without the consent of the Congress of the United States. The only exception to this is the authority granted to the President by Congress under the War Powers Act. This law allows the President to take immediate action without the consent of Congress if there is an imminent threat to the security of the United States, or its citizens. Although there was clearly no such imminent threat caused by the Civil War in Libya, the President committed members of the United States military to combat missions in a foreign country without the consent of Congress. He based his authority on a United Nations resolution, and a resolution by the Arab League.

12.     Last but not the least, of my dirty dozen of impeachable offenses, is the fact that since taking office the President has used executive orders, laws pushed through Congress in the dark of night, and administrative actions by his departments to nationalize and control automobile manufacturers, banks, insurance companies, and portions of the healthcare industry. This is designed to take our country from a free enterprise economy to a socialist economy. There is absolutely no authority in the Constitution of the United States that allows the President to do this.

Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution provides as follows:

“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."

I contend that among those high crimes and misdemeanors is the intentional violation of the oath of office administered to the President and all other federal officials. In fact, federal law at 5 U.S.C. 7311 specifically provides that violation of the oath of office includes advocating the overthrowing of our constitutional form of government. This is specifically declared a criminal offense in 18 U.S.C. 1918 and is punishable by both a fine and imprisonment.

In the 12 areas I mentioned in the paragraphs above I firmly believe that Obama, Eric Holder, and numerous other members of his administration have gone beyond just advocating the overthrow of our constitutional form of government. They are actually engaged in making it happen, and as a result should be impeached and convicted.

Will there be an impeachment and conviction in the current Congress? Probably not, since it takes a two thirds vote in the House of Representatives to impeach, and a two thirds vote in the Senate to convict. With Harry Reid and the progressives still in control of the Senate, and many of them guilty of some of the same impeachable offenses, they will resist it.

However, we are the American people and we still have a right to control our government, and the people elected to represent us. Therefore, I am personally calling on the conservative members the House of Representatives to bring this action based on the grounds I have enumerated so that the American people can understand what is really at stake here. 

Then “we the people,” can make our voices heard."

We can make our voices heard in several ways, some more effective than others:

1. emails, phone calls, faxes, letters (highly ineffective)

2. threats - verbal or active (not recommended)

3 financial donations (limit effectiveness) 

4 VOTES - most effective if accumulated en mass

Most of the people in our houses of representatives have consistently voted to increase government and the governmental debt. They have consistently increased governmental regulations and business restrictions and taxes. Isn't it time to make it known that government is big enough, debt is deep enough, taxes are high enough and regulations are too overbearing?
If your Congressperson or Senator has been in office for 3 terms or more and has not consistently voted against debt, for tax decreases, in absolute support and in accordance with the US Constitution, my recommendation is ...

VOTE IN SOMEONE WHO WILL! 

What is the Truth about Obama? Can We Truly Know It?

Americans need to consider some facts. Did President Obama inherit a mess? Yes.
Take a look at the promises made by Mr. Obama. You decide if you agree.

The next question is, "What has he done about it? Has he repaired the breach, cleaned up the mess?"
The only answer possible is, "No!" Look at the facts published by the national press that supports him.

 Here are some other things to consider regarding our possibly illegal president:

 Are these authentic documents? Obama's Kenyan birth certificate that a lady actually went to Kenya to obtain. Then she entered a court action declaring her findings. I found them on a web page that seems to be bent on discovering the truth, debunking some fraudulent claims but simply posting others without claims of their being truth or false. In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group "Americans for Freedom of Information" has Released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College ...

 

Released today, the transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Soetoro (Obama) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify for the scholarship a student must claim foreign citizenship.

 
This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya, and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. 

 

The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as President article titled, "Obama Eligibility Questioned," leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama's first official visit to the U.K. 

 

In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey . This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president.. 

       Donofrio's case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship or qualification to serve as president.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. Attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter...

 

 Subject: RE: Issue of Passport?
        While I've little interest in getting in the middle of the Obama birth issue, Paul Hollrah over at FSM did so yesterday and believes the issue can be resolved by Obama answering one simple question: What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi ?
        So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?
        And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York, Jakarta, and Karachi, what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?
        The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one.
Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A : Yes, by his own admission. 

Q: What passport did he travel under?
A: There are only three possibilities.
1) He traveled with a U.S. ... Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport, or
3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.

Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?
A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. .. State Department's "no travel" list in 1981. Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.

       If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims.. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.
        Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008.
        Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.

 What is the process of discovering the truth in these matters? Is it possible? Is it important? I believe it is but only if we Americans want to be governed by the US Constitution by which this country became free, strong and abundantly wealthy, the wealthiest in the world.
